Thank you for shopping with Toby’s Pawprints! Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery within Singapore.

We currently ship only within Singapore. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders are shipped via SingPost (Standard Delivery). While we use standard shipping, delivery is typically completed within 2 business days once dispatched.


πŸ’° Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate: $5 per order
  • Free shipping: For orders above $50

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.


⏱️ Processing Time

  • Ready-made items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
  • Personalised items: Processing begins after the final design is approved and takes up to 2 business days from that point.

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.


πŸ“¬ Lost or Delayed Deliveries

We monitor delivery status using the tracking system. If a parcel is confirmed lost (e.g., no delivery update for an extended period), we will resend the order at no cost to you.

Note: If tracking indicates that the parcel was successfully delivered, we consider the order as fulfilled and delivered.


🏠 Self-Collection

Self-collection is available for larger orders. If you’re placing a bulk or large-value order and prefer to collect it yourself, please email us at tobys.pawprints@gmail.com to make arrangements.
